The image of a Brass Band playing Christmas carols is possibly one of the images most linked with The Salvation Army today.
Here at Romford we have a band, but they do a lot more than play Christmas carols!
They also meet together weekly for rehearsal, and play pieces and accompany sung worship on a Sunday.
They can often be seen in Romford Town Centre on a Sunday afternoon, playing to the weekend shoppers,.
The members are united by a desire to use their talents in the Lord's service, and to fulfill the band motto: Music With a Message
